This site sits on the edge of Bankstown CBD. The building will be one of this first built under new planning controls and as a result a strong urban form devoid of set backs was decided upon in order to bolster the street edge experience. The building acts as a bookend to the busy intersection immediate to the site and the double height planted entry space connects the generous communal courtyard to the street.
This semi public space is a generous gesture offered to help develop a quality public realm to a developing urban environment.
